Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place the items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Choose a convenient time for our courier partners to collect the items directly from your doorstep, or drop them off at a designated local shipping hub.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
